A 16 fl oz Rosemary Garlic tin to keep beside the stove, plus a full gallon behind it. Refill instead of reordering, and never run dry mid-cook.

Rosemary Garlic can and one gallon refill bundle with funnel

No Seed Oils. Nothing Else.

Never Run Dry

The gallon refills the counter tin eight times over. Running out stops being something you think about.

55% Less Per Ounce

Bulk pricing on the gallon drops the blended cost well under buying tins one at a time.

Right Tool, Right Place

A gallon can with a bail handle is made for refilling. A 16 oz tin is made for pouring at the stove. This is both.

The Setup That Actually Works

Super refined from grass-fed beef tallow and rendered the old-fashioned way, then filtered until it pours clear and stays liquid on the counter. One ingredient goes in the tin and nothing else follows it.

A gallon can with a wire bail handle is a wonderful thing to own and a poor thing to pour from over a hot skillet. The tin solves that. Keep the small one within arm's reach of the burner and top it up from the gallon when it runs low — the same arrangement any working kitchen uses, scaled to a home counter.

A 400°F smoke point puts it comfortably in range for pan-frying, sautéing, roasting, and deep-frying, and it holds its composure at heat instead of breaking down and turning bitter partway through the cook.

Store it at room temperature, in a cabinet or right out on the counter, and it stays good for a year after opening. No refrigeration, no melting, no scooping a solid block out of a tub with a spoon.

Keeping it fresh

Tallow storage and shelf life covers what to do with a refill once it is open. For the fundamentals, what beef tallow is, and for what to make with it, start with fries.
