Every dish on this menu is prepared in beef tallow. Not seed oil, not a blend — rendered beef tallow, the way kitchens cooked before the switch. It is the reason our hand-cut fries taste the way they do, and it is the same fat we now sell for your own kitchen.

We are at 1025 Government Street in Ocean Springs, in a 1970s service garage. Add-ons are available on request.
