Shipping Policy

Order processing. Online retail orders are processed on business days and generally dispatched the same day or the next business day. Carrier transit estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We may require additional time for order verification, high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Standard shipping rates.

Orders of $75 or more ship free, except for the heavy and bulk items listed below.

Heavy and bulk items. Gallon tins and larger bundles ship at their stated weight-based rates and are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value. This includes Original Tallow Cooking Oil (1 Gallon), Rosemary Garlic Tallow Cooking Oil (1 Gallon), Original Can & Refill, Rosemary Garlic Can & Refill, and The Full Garage.

What we ship. Our retail range, including tallow cooking oils, Tall Boy seasonings, CA Cola BBQ Sauce, bundles, tees, and hats, ships within the United States. These goods are shelf-stable and packed to protect against breakage. Food and drinks from the kitchen and bar are venue-only and are not shipped.

International orders. International shipping is quoted at checkout using available USPS and DHL Express rates. Duties, customs charges, and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking and delivery issues. When tracking is available, we provide it after shipment. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, carrier delays and delivery events are outside our control.
