The Duo · Two 16 oz Tins · Save $4

Both flavors. One order.

Original for the clean sear, Rosemary Garlic for the roasting tray. Two 16 fl oz tins of pure beef tallow cooking oil, covering both halves of how people actually cook.

The Duo bundle with both Original and Rosemary Garlic 16 oz tins

No Seed Oils. Nothing Else.

Two Jobs, Covered

One tin stays neutral so the food leads. The other brings rosemary and garlic with it. Most weeknights need one or the other.

400° Smoke Point

Both tins pan-fry, sauté, roast, and deep-fry without breaking down at heat.

Pours Like Oil

Liquid at room temperature, both of them. No scooping, no melting, no waiting.

Why Both, Not Just One

Super refined from grass-fed beef tallow and rendered the old-fashioned way, then filtered until it pours clear and stays liquid on the counter. One ingredient goes in the tin and nothing else follows it.

The two tins are not variations on a theme, they solve different problems. Original keeps out of the way when a steak or a fried egg should taste like itself. Rosemary Garlic does the seasoning for you when a tray of potatoes is going in the oven and you would otherwise be mincing garlic and stripping rosemary. Owning both means the decision at the stove takes a second, not a trip to the pantry.

A 400°F smoke point puts it comfortably in range for pan-frying, sautéing, roasting, and deep-frying, and it holds its composure at heat instead of breaking down and turning bitter partway through the cook.

Store it at room temperature, in a cabinet or right out on the counter, and it stays good for a year after opening. No refrigeration, no melting, no scooping a solid block out of a tub with a spoon.
