Original · 16 fl oz · 400° Smoke Point

The tin that lives next to the stove.

Pure beef tallow, refined until it pours like oil and stays liquid at room temperature. No scooping, no melting, no seed oils — just tip the tin and cook.

Original Tallow Cooking Oil 16 oz tin on a garage concrete floor

No Seed Oils. Nothing Else.

400° Smoke Point

High enough for a hard sear and a proper fry, stable enough that it will not break down and turn bitter halfway through.

Pours Like Oil

Liquid on the counter, not a solid block in a tub. Tip the tin, measure what you need, put the cap back on.

One Ingredient

Beef tallow. That is the entire list. Nothing added to stretch it, stabilize it, or hide behind.

Pouring Original tallow cooking oil into a hot cast iron skillet

Cooking Fat, Back the Way It Was

Super refined from grass-fed beef tallow and rendered the old-fashioned way, then filtered until it pours clear and stays liquid on the counter. One ingredient goes in the tin and nothing else follows it.

Original is the workhorse of the pair. It carries a clean, rich beef character that flatters potatoes, steak, eggs, and anything that hits a hot pan, without dragging herbs or aromatics into a dish that does not want them. If you are replacing a bottle of vegetable oil, this is the one that does that job.

A 400°F smoke point puts it comfortably in range for pan-frying, sautéing, roasting, and deep-frying, and it holds its composure at heat instead of breaking down and turning bitter partway through the cook.

Store it at room temperature, in a cabinet or right out on the counter, and it stays good for a year after opening. No refrigeration, no melting, no scooping a solid block out of a tub with a spoon.
